1. Eat hygienic food

For being disciplined you can start with taking a hygienic food, what type of food you intake influences your body both emotionally and physically. So, you better get rid of all the manky stuff. Make it your habit to avoid taking junk food and slowly switch over from junk to hygienic food. By eating healthy you will be able to perform the rest of the tasks better, a feeble body can’t live a disciplined life.

2. No binge-eating

Pull your hand from eating a lot, you are being cruel to yourself if you are stuffing yourself immensely. If you don’t love yourself then ok go on do binge-eating and shorten your life from 60-40, your choice!

3. An adequate amount of sleep

Food, moderate eating and then comes the adequate amount of sleep, the intake of all three will set your temperament for habituating yourself in being disciplined, for being disciplined one first needs to be healthy a frail body and lazy bones won’t get you anywhere. So, you must take a reasonable amount of sleep that will be like 7 hours.

4. Sleep early

Late night sleeping does a great damage to your body, you never wake up fresh and all your daily activities get disrupted too, so make it your habit to sleep early, go to bed early before closing the shutters of your eyes you can read a book for a while.

5. Early rising

Wake up early, when you wake up late you miss the most important and beautiful time, by rising early you have a long day ahead and you do all the work without any hassle, but when you wake up late, your day but natural starts late and this puts you in a real trouble as you have running short of time and there are tons of works to get to be done.

6. Take a morning walk

Initially you will find it difficult to leave your cozy bed for taking a morning walk but soon you will realize the significance and sublime efficacy of early rising, the awe-inspiring sight of morning will have magical effect on you.

7. Set micro goals for each day

Make a time-table and see what is in your Wishlist and how you can materialize it by working a little each day, set small goals for each day, it will bound you to work in a systematic way.

8. Bring micro changes in your habits

Now after getting all above done your mind and body have become strong enough as they have learned how to be disciplined, so you need to bring some more micro changes in you. Be humble and meet everyone with warm wishes, show a gratitude when it is needed and be courageous enough to confess your mistakes.
