Consistency is key

1. Mind up yourself

For being consistent you first need to inform yourself and your inner machinery that you are going to make a resolution and that is to be consistent! This is mind make-up, when you will do this then you will prepare yourself emotionally and physically for this. So mind up yourself for this!

2. Cash your NOW moment

You will be sensible enough to agree that there are so many tomorrows but the thing is ‘are you certain to wake up tomorrow? No, right, can you go back into your past? Into your previous day, previous hour?’ Absolutely not, so what you are left with is a Now Moment. You need to cash your NOW moment. Make it happen what you are putting off till tomorrow! For being consistent remind this reality to yourself, get it injected in your thoughts!

3. Dream for your future

By dreaming about your future you will feel motivated, by feeling motivated you will try your level best to be on the track of consistency with consistency. So, think big about future and plan for it to turn it true. You have to struggle every single day little by little and eventually you will get big in the end.

4. Take the hurdles as challenge

Don’t panic if hurdles come across you, this is the part of life, once you learn to get consisted you will soon be habitual to cross these barriers as tiny puddles. So, make yourself understand that time doesn’t remain the same whether its happiness or grief, success or failure, the point is you have to be a good player to play at both sides. Slow and steadily wins the race, so consistency is the touchstone to achieve whatever you aim for.

5. Don’t get yourself under the bombardment of work

One doesn’t have to be so mechanical to get his-self under the bombardment of work, take one task at a time, don’t open too many tabs, they will distract you. Distractions kills consistency, so one task at a time and give your best shot at it. By taking one you will feel les burden and more focused, eventually you will be enthused to be consistent at your work.
